With the recent pandemic reminding us of the vital role our housekeeping & maintenance teams play, we are sharing with you our internal areas of focus for your peace of mind.
Fire Safety
When booking & visiting a Townhouse property will see the fire safety measures we have installed to protect you, our guests.
Fire detection equipment to meet building regulations, fire safety doors and automatic closers, no smoking signs, fire safety blankets, thumb locks, gas safety checks, electrical safety checks and much more.
Our equipment is regularly tested, serviced and maintained as your safety is paramount.
Cleaning & Hygiene
All Townhouse properties have a standard cleaning regime which our team implement, record and are checked against.
Bedrooms and communal areas are cleaned regularly and the frequency is dependant on the needs of our guests in house. Bedrooms and communal cleans are always deep cleaned and disinfected on departure to prepare for new guest arrivals. Our team are here to ensure your bedroom is a clean and sanitised space with communal areas disinfected at regular intervals.
Internal company policy has been altered and upgraded since March 2020 to contribute towards the fight against Covid 19 with specific products being used and new protocol implemented.
Government Advise
All Townhouse properties have clear signs on entry reminding our guests of key government advise around hand washing and social distancing due to the recent global pandemic.
We ask all guests to following the mandatory 2m social distancing rules and regularly wash and sanitise hands during their stay. We also ask guests to ensure they are healthy & well prior to arrival via our 'pre arrival health check text message'.
Our housekeepers, maintenance team and property managers follow the same strict rules with social distancing practiced and adequate PPE when needed. It is important that we set standards that we expect our guest to follow.
