Blockages usually occur when hair, shower gel/soap and water build up in the plug or waste pipe. Please start by unblocking the plug and physically removing any blockages, using a plunger if needed. Then run the hot water to clear the remainder of the blockage to complete the process

'drain unblocker' chemical via next day delivery. Please follow the instructions on the bottle to clear the blockage and update the team in your WhatsApp group. If you would prefer for us to do this for you, we can at a charge of £40.
